This report establishes the infrastructure for effective intervention in the conduct of the public in matters of pensions.
This paper consists of three parts: the first reports on a large-scale survey concerning the knowledge and attitudes of the public regarding retirement and pensions. The second part develops an experimental paradigm that will allow alternatives to be explored. The final part presents practical suggestions.
